1)  Cancellation by the Client:
a.   If the client cancels the mediation more than 14 days [two weeks] before the scheduled date, a full refund of any fees paid will be provided, minus an administrative fee of £150 to the client for administration and pre preparation.
b.   If the client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled mediation, 50% of the fee will be refunded. The remaining amount will be retained to cover time Mckendrick Mediation could have allocated or scheduled other work.
c.    If the client cancels other than the above or fails to attend, no refund will be provided.

2)   Cancellation by the Mediator:
a. If the mediator cancels the mediation for any reason, a full refund of all fees paid will be provided to the client.

3) Refund Process:
a. All refunds will be processed within 28 business days of the cancellation or termination notice.
