Transparent fixed-fee mediation under the CMC Fixed Fee Scheme
Mckendrick Mediation offers transparent fixed-fee mediation under the CMC Fixed Fee Scheme, giving Clients a clear, upfront price. As a non-VAT registered provider, the price you see below is the total price you pay per party. 20% VAT will not be added.
All participants must agree to the fees preceeding mediation. This fee is payable 14 days ahead of the scheduled Mediation.
After the initial enquiry, Mckendrick Mediation will carry out an early case assessment, confirm eligibility under the CMC Fixed Fee Scheme and provide a single comprehensive quote that sets out what the fee covers, with any additional costs for; room hire, pre-agreed travel compensation for Mckendrick Mediation to attend in person, and a preporatory meeting @£75 per hour per party.

2 Hour online £125
Claim Value over £5,000 to £15,000:
3 Hours £320
Claim Value over £15,000 to £50,000:
4 Hours £445
Each additional hour is charged at £100 per party.
Any items outside the standard fee are set out clearly in your individual quote. Typical additional costs can include prepatory meetings, venue hire for in-person mediations, reasonable travel time and mileage for mediators attending in person, specialist translation or interpreter services.
