  Court-Advised Cases/Churchill Orders

Mckendrick Mediation provides a clear and easy pathway for Legal Professionals whose clients have been advised by the Court or received a Churchill Order.

Legal Representatives wishing to discuss a specific case are invited to contact Mckendrick Mediation to establish the most appropriate next steps in confidence and to discuss how to set up joint mediation with the other party's Legal Representative and Client.

Mckendrick Mediation offers a free 30 minute initial suitability discussion to review the Court advice, any relevant Orders and whether mediation remains an appropriate route for settlement.

Where mediation proceeds, Mckendrick Mediation will arrange pre-mediation meetings with each Legal Representative and their client, followed by the mediation.

Mckendrick Mediation are accustomed to working to the professional standards expected in Court-advised matters and accepts direct contact from Legal representatives whose Clients have pre-agreed to mediate to contact Mckendrick Mediation directly to coordinate; estimates, timing, format and any documentation required.

Clear fee estimates and availability will be provided at the outset.
