Mckendrick Mediation asks participants to complete a brief feedback form at the close of the mediation session to support Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records and to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements. 

 

 

 

 

 

The form is deliberately concise so it can be completed in a few minutes, while providing the specific information we need to maintain professional standards.

 

After your mediation you will be directed here with a follow up email.
